While all attempts are made to ensure stability and availability of technologies used by Extramarks, the company cannot get guarantee uptime. You are solely responsible for all service, telephony and/or other fees and costs associated with your access to and use of the Services and for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment required for such access and use.
PRICING
Extramarks reserves the right to change prices without advance notice and to offer promotions periodically to certain group of customers and thus not available to all customers. Prices will not rise during the current month of subscription or during the duration of a package but can change for subsequent months or packages.

We might distribute subject content, and other animations and we reserve the right to display and promote the content or other information on our Web site to you in any manner we choose in our sole and absolute discretion. You may not link or deep-link to this Site or any content contained on it without prior written consent of Extramarks.. This site may produce automated search results that refer or otherwise link you to other sites on the Internet. These sites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. These other sites are not under the control of Extramarks, and you acknowledge that Extramarks is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of such sites. BILLING
By using Extramarks service, you are expressly agreeing that we are permitted to bill you a subscription fee, for your use of Extramarks service. Please note that we are not taking any direct transaction from you rather through our payment gateway, which is well certified by the US Government. As used in these Terms of Use, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method, including a checking account, wherever applicable. The billing cycle will depend on the type of plan you have selected to subscribe. For example, if you have bought a 10 Classes subscription, you will be billed at the beginning of the subscription and subsequently after that at the same billing cycle. The package bought will, however, expire automatically by the end of the current academic year.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
We may add, change or eliminate features, pricing, nomenclature and other aspects of the Services and make other changes at any time and these Terms will continue to apply to the Services as modified. We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the site or the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the site or the Services.
PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
As the parent or legal guardian of the Student(s), you always remain ultimately responsible for your Student(s)'s education. You agree to be responsible for your Student(s)'s education, including without limitation, where required or applicable.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that all content, software, and materials available on the Site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Extramarks, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from such materials or content. Notwithstanding the above, you may print or download one copy of the materials or content on the Site on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. REFUND

It is specifically made clear that Extramarks.us offers its services to you only if you are agreeable to all terms of this refund policy in its entirety along with the terms and conditions of use. All refunds will be subject to strict examination by Extramarks.us and its decision will be final and binding upon all users.
Extramarks is always there to refund the amount to its’ valued customers. It allows the customers to decide upon a package continuation through Free Trial class, which is a complimentary class given on first time package bought. At any stage of dissatisfaction, you can request a refund by contacting us either on our Customer Service No. +1 408 840 4939 or by sending us a mail at billing@extramarks.us. The some refunded would be, however, exclusive of the taxes and other transaction charges, which is born by the company in the process.
ACCESS AND INTERFERENCE
