Ans.1)  Magnetic field interacts with moving charge by applying magnetic force on it which is given by

F=QVBsin θ Now if θ=0° then F=0 and thus there will be no effect of magnetic field on this uniformly moving charged particle. Thus we can say when the charge particle is moving in the direction parallel or anti parallel to the magnetic field there will be no interaction of this charge with magnetic field and it will move undeflected.
